1983 RX7 will not pass smog
 

My RX7 wont pass smog due to the hydrocarbon levels, and because of the Ignition Timing, it also needs a OEM Gas Cap for the Fuel Cap

At this point, anything could help, thank you!

Oh, ok sorry. I thought maybe some of it might help. I didn't see anything in 1st Gen FAQ about emissions.

where are you located? in my locality, cars older than 25 years do not have to undergo echeck.
