ok ive got an 83 rx7 12a that is stock to the bone. it has been sitting for awhile after i cleaned the carb out. now it will only idle at 1200 rpm so i tried to adjust the idle mixsture and idle speed adjustment but i am still idling at 1200 rpm. if i step on the gas it revs up fine but when it goes down it will drop to 300 rpm then back up to 1200 rpm or die. can anyone help?

 

think i fixed it, i think it was the cruise control cable was to tight so once i got that fixed it started working better

 

yep that fixed it, now i need to fix the other problem
