Fellow rotary heads. Here is trhe tentatvie scheule for the upcoming 08 season. Please give me your feedback as we still have a few open dates. Please remember that the Lime Rock event is being worked on in conjuction with Mazdaspeed and the Speedsource GT race team, so get your info in now its not one to miss.

The first meet is getting big. It might not be our meet but Chris seems to know how to throw a party. Its at 28 people now with 3 weeks to go.

And to my post above I passed emissions, so the car is all ready for the year!

It's over 50 7's and 8's now, but with the 6 club and Miata club we will be well over 100 cars.

Please note that as these meets get closer I will make individual posts for them with specific details about meet times and cruses to the meets.

 

Ok, my fellow CT rotary people. The Palisades meet has grown by over 30 cars in just 2 weeks and has reached 60! Lets get as many as we can from CT. We will be meeting at 12:00pm on the 30th at the park & ride off of the Merritt Parkway exit 35 (High Ridge Rd). The caravan down will atrt around 12:15pm. Let me know if your in, are are rollin about 7 right now.

 

I would like to thatnk the CT people and yes my RI guy for coming out to the Palasades meet. Its time to start pushing our next meet April 12th at the HOOTERS in Newington, CT. I wanted the others meet to finish before we pushed this one.

Updated schedule, please take note of the change to the Bear Mountain meet and the addition of another Hooters meet in August.

 

John... just out of curiosity... are you goin to setup mini meets?... just as the meets you've had in the past...

 

If we get enough local interest. Funny, you mention it and an hour and a half later someone else is looking into it.ummmm!

 

A quick update on the CTRA schedule.

July 13th RotorJam at Island Dragway 11:00am (The Rotary event of the year)

August's Hooters meet will be held at the Manchester location. The time and date will be coming soon.

October 5th will be another cruise and meet at Bear Mountain.
