If you've registered your car lately in Larimer county, you've notice an increase by about $35 in the price of a bridge upkeep charge. Now we're getting emissions testing back!

I'm not sure what the cut-off age is of the vehicle, but not only is this going to add to our registration costs, it's probably going to be hard fro many of us to pass. Write up that petition!
