I have my '85 that I need to get licenced. I don't want to waste the 2500 I spent on it, so I wondering if anyone could give me some input. The guy that had it before me never got the title in his name, and he ended up selling it to me without it being in his name. I never got a bill of sale from the s.o.b., and I can't seem to find him. I don't want to just part it out, but what other choice do I have? I drove it illegally for quite some time with the tag of my ex-daily driver (my "parts car" for my present mess of a 7). My stepdad ownes an impound lot, so I was thinking of putting it on one of his auctions, and hopefully be able to licence it from there. If no one can help, I will sell both cars for parts. Hit me up if you know of anyway to get it into the system legally. Thanks

 

Contact your county clerks office and see what they/you can do.

 

Put it in his name and have them mail it to your address???
