ANy tuners near Cincinnati, OH?

I was wondering if there were any tuners near the cincinnati area that could tune a standalone ems.

I am not in OH (I'm in Tx), but I've been up to the Cincy area twice to do tuning and am tenatively planning on heading back up there at some point.

Which EMS do you have? We tune them all.

There's the RX7 Store there.

I dont have one yet, I was thinking of the Wolf or a Haltech. I was just trying to
see if anyone was around if I decided to go that route instead of using some piggybacks. You got any recomendations? https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/help-me-decide-mods-equiptment-646196/

For the most part this town is pretty shitty, IMO. Mabey it is where I live in the city ;)

I prefer the Apexi Power FC, it is what we run in our S5 Vert 13b-re, but the Microtech & Haltech are both very good systems. You are far better off with a standalone then buying a bunch of piggyback items that are designed to lie to the stock ECU. After you purchase a S-Afc and FCD, you are still stuck with the factory AFM, boost sensor and are limited by the amount of timing the stock ecu will adjust on it's own.

Hey man, where in cincy are you located? I'm just up north, in Lebanon. BDC is my tuner and like he said, I plan on having him up here again soon. He does excellent work and is a whiz with the Haltech.

If you are looking around at options, Chris @ Banzai Racing (BlueTII?) also does great work. Heard many good things about him as well.

Also, Chirs Ludwig @ Ludwig Motorsports is in KY, and does good work as well.

There are few other rotorheads in area, you should meet up with us sometime.

Also, if you havent yet, check out www.ohiorotaries.com

Thanks for the information, at least now I got a better idea of where I can go when I finally get the car back together.
I am located within Cincinnati city limits now. Thanks for the link, never knew that forum existed :), Ill have to tell my brother about it too, he just got an rx-8 he would be down with meeting.

www.rx7store.net 2 hours north of you. We have tuned many RX-7's. Give me a call if you have any questions. We will be having a dyno day in early July if you want to come up for that.

Jason
