Don't worry, guys, things are under control. Rebate checks were sent out and should be arriving in mailboxes today or tomorrow (there were a LOT of those suckers!). The units are en route right now - we'll let everyone know when they hit our doorstep.

I understand the pain of waiting, but it'll be worth it!

You missed the rebate -- it was part of a group buy...
Site that PowerOverFC mentioned is where you can get more info -- as well as the many contacts on this forum.

Nah. The only thing pissing us off right now is the US Customs, though the word is that they're on their way. Here's hoping.

I do want to apologize for the incredible delay, tho. We can't believe this has taken as long as it has.

Brandon, you have been good about keeping us all up to date w/ what's up. That's all we could ask for.

It could be alot worse. We could of sent him the money for our stuff & never tell us what the deal was or when we could hope ta see them.

Well, the problem is that the first one ran overschedule, and I figured I could get this one done quicker since I'd already done it before, had all the stuff lined up already, etc. Then it ends up taking just as long, after all I'd already said. It sucks, and I know it, and I'm working on it. Again, I'm really sorry.
