TPS Problem?

I have a peripheral 13b engine with four barrel e & j, has installed a tps ford, I do not know if a problem or is normal, the tps is calibrated by tpscal when the engine is in "idle" the tps sends signal "00" but sometimes peaks strip 5, 20, 25, 8%, this situation is normal?

Nope, not normal if the throttle isn't moving.

You have a grounding issue, or a physical issue with the TPS. Maybe the TPS is bad, loose or the engine is pulling the throttle cable.
