timing question

hi, ive been finishing my project and im on the last phase of it, mounting the microtech lt-8 and the turbo. anyways i want to know what timing people are running here, ive been told to run at 10 degrees at most with pump gas, my tuner says whe can run 13-14 degrees without problems on stock pump, to tell you the truth im not very confident running 14 degrees on pump gas. car is a 1990 TII.

mods: koyo rad, turbosmart bov, turbosmart boost controller, rb turbo back, 800cc secondaries, spalm e-fan, turbonetics deltagate external wastegate, t3/t4 turbo to4b 50 trim, microtech lt-8, walbro 255fp, aeromotive fpr, running premix.

i think that's the important thinks. well let me know.

thanks

So 91 octane. 14psi. Id run a 10.9:1 afr mixture, and run 12 degrees of timing. It will be reliable with these settings.
