Safe Timing map, Original timing map lost

I have a simple question. My original timing map settings have been messed with and I am unsure what the common timing values (degrees) are under boost before the engine typically knocks. I have the 13b-cosmo TT engine.

So if anyone has a simple timing sheet they run please post up! Thanks

All of my timing figures are exact what's happening. I stab my Cas at 0* and have my static set at 0*
