Regards: Microtech Logs
This post is in regards to something that was brought to my attention recently.
Apparently a log of a conversation that I had with Brandon Matthews via Instant messenger was posted all over the net, without my permission.
The main thing that I would like to state to everyone is that this is ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR ON BEHALF OF THE INDIVIDUAL WHO POSTED THIS.
I did not give any consent nor was I given any notification or warning that this would be posted up.
Apparently this log is floating around MIRC and on the net somewhere.
This PRIVATE conversation that took place between Mr. Matthews and myself was shortly after I heard the news as of late of the current situation of BR7 Racing. Having done business with BR7 in the past I conducted this conversation as to hear BR7's account of the recent events, as well as consulting with Tim P of Microtech Global.
I would like it to be known that I remain a microtech reseller and will continue to support and provide the Microtech line of products.
Dale, Jon, Tim P, Dragon, and numerous others can vouch on my behalf that I strive to provide excellent customer service and I will continue to do so.
Thank you for your time.
EDIT: 11-14-03 12:46 AM: Mr matthews formally apologized for this incident, and informed me it was not for everyone in the entire worlds consumption. I informed him it spread like the flu in leiu of recent events, and for which he did apologize.
