Problems with Microtech customer support.

I purchased a Microtech through my tuner (JandH Racing) and we ended up with a unit that:
1) would not turn on the fuel pump
2)will not communicate with the lap top

The unit has been sent back to Australia once and it came back to us unfixed. We then sent the unit back again over a month ago but Microtech has not yet contacted the shipper in Australia to get it through customs so that it can be delivered to them.
I am moving in 5 weeks so I need my Microtech back ASAP. Microtech, if you are reading this please help me out. We have tried to be as patient as possible I am running out of time.
I'm open to any suggestions from forum members.

thanks, Rob

usually units that wont turn on fuel pumps have been shorted during the install the green wire is a -neg trigger and if it hits +pos power it will blow the circuit, laptop connection could be a heap of things, no dongle, wrong port setups etc,

shoot me a email dale@braidedlines.com and ill see what i can find out for you
