no spark need help.

alright to make a long story short my car just didnt start up one day. so i did all the normal anti-flooding techniques and what not. in doing so i noticed that during startup the trailing plugs dont spark when laying on the fender. if i through it in test mode then they do spark. i have changed the cas and checked my connections. what could it be? please help.

I asked the same previously. Apparantly, Microtech does not have the Trailing Coil Packs fire at startup as opposed to stock or say Haltech.

Hey when we first installed there was no spark at all. There is a fifteen amp fuse under the dash that was fried and also a fuse in the engine bay. Check those as well. I still haven't got my car running though. We can't get the car to even run on the factory base program.

My car doesnt start with out the trailing fiirng.. It starts as soon as the tach bounces(trailings fire). I notice that its a big problem... Because with the laptop connected, I notice that the tach on the MT program doesnt move either.

Obviously when having in test mode(0 cylinders) you will get a ref, rpm error.
Microtechs dont have the trailing firing on crank and if your car cant start with out trailing you need a rebuild
