Exclamation Microtech Tech support in jeopardy

I recently received this e-mail from Tim Possingham. He had always responded my inquiries and has been very supportive whenever I have issues w/microtech… so if anyone interested in help just copy the e-mail and fwd it to Tim(tim@microtechefi.com) with a favourable response.

Thx!

Subject: Microtech TECH SUPPORT

Dear Dealer/Customer,
As you are aware I have been involved with the Microtech product for approximately 10 years.
I have been doing technical support for the factory via fax, e-mail and phone for approximately 1 year . Some of you have attended training seminars as a group or individually that I have run to give users better product knowledge.
This service may be in jeopardy. I am sure you have found it invaluable that you can make contact with me for support at any time one way or another.
If you value this service which I provide , please reply to this e-mail with a favourable response.
Best Regards, Tim Possingham

Yup, same here. Sure can't say the same for those other Authorized dealers in the US though.
Well, whatever the case may be I responded in favor.

i cant say what has been happening,

all i can say is that the tech support will continue to support users all around the world to the same or a higher standard than in the past.

Regards
Dale
