NJ microtech mtx-8 wiring help please

let me start by saying I am not a wiring person but can follow simple instructions...
I have built a stage 4 wrx so I am not stupid by all means.

I paid a shop to wire my harness so everything is just plug and play. I got it back and everything for the motor harness was done but now I am left with the CAS and coils to wire up and I have no clue where to even start. I tried to call the shop that wired the rest and all I get is that the owner will talk to the guy that wired it and will e-mail the directions or just to bring the car down and he will finish it. The problem is that the shop is 4 hours away and the car isn't running with out the finished wiring and pulling a trailer there and back is not cheap.

pretty atrait forward. a quick google search will get you the diagram. Run harnes from cpu to cas cut splice solder appropriate wires then done. Run key on power to coils route harnes from cpu out think there a ground in it and connect coils to approprate wire on harness.

thanks for the help. should I be running a relay from the pink wire of the microtech to the coils or just run the pink wire straight to the coils?

Also where do I need to run the tachometer wire?

cars tacho wire goes to the blue/white wire on LTx8/mtx8

as for the relay and the pink wire,, pink should go to ignition switch output
IE its to tell the ECU the ignition is switched on,, nothing else--its not a bus wire !
coils should be powered up directly already from the ignition relay,, which is also switched from the IG switch

****,, yes,, but doing as you describe runs the risk of the new ignition relay being self looped,, and the ECU may never turn off
( you wont understand it till you see the issue yourself )
-- or worse,, an issue where the pink wire may be used as a bus and handle way too much current

an LTX/MTX diagram is posted ad nauseum on the net-- use it !

the diagram also says to run the red power from the battery live-- use it !
( it does not say hook me to the alt output,, and there is good reasons for this ! )
