Microtech Map Resoulution

Previous posts by knowlegible tuners have stated that the map resolution or the Microtech is not as "fine" as the altech. Is this true? How is idle adjustability for daily drivers?

Is there any truth to the rumor that Microtch's rock as a drag-only computer; but suck on street driven vehicles due to the map resolution?

The resoultion is fine for daily drivers, my car has 1200cc primarys and secondarys and it drives fine and idles fine, and thats with a old MTX-8, the new LTX-8 are heaps better and a hell of a lot more tunable,

I have heard this rumour too for the older versions. For the newer versions the resolution is supposed to be just as good as comparable companies products, but I don't know numbers to confirm this.
