The MT4 is a fuel-only computer, comparable to the Haltech F9. The MT8 is a full standalone, a'la the E6A. The LT8 is Microtech's latest-generation EMS, comparable to the Wolf 3D 3. If you're using a 12AT dizzy, there's no real reason to get anything but an MT4.
