Thumbs up Microtech Customer Service

I have heard some complaints that they are slow. But I just excellent experience with them. I mailed my ECU last Monday. It got there Thursday. They were in contact with me before it arrived, after, explained the problem and the fix for me. Fixed it up. Will be shipped out Monday Morning, and back in my hands Wednesday. All together 9 days turn around time with shipping going to Australia.

Just thought I'd share.

We are retarded. ECU was fine. We thought Microtech, must the same as on a FC and run direct fire with x4 box with the bosch coils... Wrong. The FD one was set up to use stock coils and the igniter, the paperwork didnt say anything about it, so we didnt know.. They changed it now to run on x4/direct fire.

Your honesty is refreshing. If more of the retards around here would freely admit it, this forum would be a better place
