Microtech able to control for boost & non boost?

A little back ground! I have a 20b that I will be installing into my Fd in the near future. The Microtech LTX-12 is the ecu I would like to purchase for this project. My question is, would it be possible to tune this ecu for a specific boost setting (example 10psi) and also have a differant setting for non boost? My goal is to have these two settings for better driveability and better fuel economy. I figure if its tuned for non boost, it could run at a higher a/f ratio therefore saving gas and run at cooler temps. Also wouldn't a 20b running no boost be just as drivable as a stock twin turbo? Need some help here.

The microtech has boost maps every 2psi, it makes no difference weather you are in boost or vacuum, there are maps for each, you dont have to swap maps when you want to cruse and get up it, you tune it once for all the vacuum and boost maps and you done.
