Microtec lt10 with aem smart coil

I just rebuilt my engine and installed aem smart coils in it. Now I'm having trouble getting my car to start it cranks etc but don't have any spark and was blowing b2 fuses. according to my mate as I'm not using stock railI will have to change a setting on the lt10 to Make it suit the 4 internal igniters in the coils. Is this right.

short answer yes. you just have the wiriing wrong. ls2 or ls1 coils is probably a cheaper option used on ebay.
