michrotech vs haltech

hey guys. tell me about michrotech. i have haltech in my fc now and im really getting frustrated. its beginnig to look like i have to send it back to austrailia. my friend has worked on all kinds of cars with stand alones and he says hes sent back 4 haltechs for repair and never sent back a michrotech.

The older generation haltechs are really bad.

The microtech is a very solid unit and very rarely fails.

The New haltechs are a solid unit as well, and have alot more features.
For a late model street car i would get a haltech e8 no questions asked.

For a car that has no accessories and dosnt require any extra options the microtech is a good choice.

If being able to save maps to disk and run closed loop is important to you, then look away from the Microtech.

However the Microtech is immune to the ignition noise Haltechs often have issues with.
