Microtech LT8 all of a sudden won't start.

LT8 all of a sudden won't start.
Im wondering if one of you guys can point me in the right direction.
Ive got an 87T2 with a 13B-RE swap.
The car had been running fine for quite some time, now all of a sudden it won't start.
It has new plugs, plug wires, replaced the fuel filter, It is sparking on crank.
Ive had some issues with interference with the crank wiring before, but had switched the CAS and redid the wire at the plug and it cleaned 99% of it up.
The error check screen shows all sensors are okay.
If I hold the pedal to the floor when cranking the tone of the motor changes, like it almost wants to start.
Im just stumped where to go from here.
