Lt10 with X4 Overheating

Hello,

This question is for you guys that have experience with Microtech ecus. just a little background, I have a 93 RX7 the engine was rebuilt and the ecu was changed to Microtech's LT10s with X4 box. Well, the car starts but soon after it starts the X4 box get extremely overheated. Another problem the car has is that when it starts it starts flooded like it is not getting enough spark. Some of the other mechanics that we have talked to have said that they have had some problems with the X4 boxes overheating. Have any of you experienced this? if so, how did you fix the problem another thin that I have heard of is changing the X4 box for an MSD ignition.

Thanks,
Panch
