I just installed a microtech lt10s with x4 on my s5turbo motor with a t04 in my gsl-se. I am very pleased with the ecu so far. I spent a couple years tinkering with a haltech E6X and never was able to even drive the car and my first turn of the key with the microtech my car was running and revving up nicely. The only thing is that it is very rich and consistently is at an 11:1 a/f ratio according to my wideband, and after it has been running perfectly for several minutes it will bogg down and be almost impossible to restart (flooding?) until the next day. It even idles at 11:1. my fuel pressure guage is reading 40 psi which is a tad high for the stock regulator (I have a walbro fuel pump). My injectors are all stock but just cleaned and flow tested. I don't know if these things are enough to bring it to 11:1. Also it is 30 degrees f out and it is reading 90 degrees C for my air inlet temp from a cold start. must be the wrong sensor for the ecu (it worked on my haltech). Any insight?

If it is a haltech sensor it wont work on the microtech. Also lets talk in Celcius, not faranheight.

Set your idle afr to 11.4-11.8:1.

Take your car for a cruise

and set load points 20HG-5HG to 14-14.7:1 and set 0HG load point to 12.5-13:1.

Set your 02psi point to 12.5:1, 04psi 12.3:1, 06psi to 12.1:1, 08psi 11.8:1, 10psi 11.6:1.


As for the fuel pressure, 40psi is not high, but id still get an aftermarket reg as the factory regs are known to die with aftermarket fuel pump. Also dont run the walbro over 60psi, they dont work.(so if you run 40psi base, you cant run more then 20psi boost).

try to find a factory s4/5 sensor, you can also use a s6 air temp sensor.
