Depends what part of the loom you're on about. I done mine from scratch, did signal cabling in (TPS, Intake temp, water temp etc) in 0.5mm and coils and injectors in 0.75mm if I remember correctly. ECU needs no smaller than a 2mm gauge cable for main positive and negative.
