Jon from Rx engineering will have the maps up shortly, in the mean time here are some of jons base maps for 98 octane (RON) fuel

RPM timing.....
500-10deg
1000-10deg
1500-12deg
2000-16deg
2500-20deg
3000-25deg
3500-25deg
Run all rpm sites at 25deg through to 9000rpm

Map timing(vac advance/boost retard)
30" + 5deg
25" + 5deg
20" + 5deg
15" + 4deg
10" + 3deg
5" + 2deg
0" + 0deg
2psi - 2deg
4psi - 4deg
6psi - 6deg
8psi - 7deg
10psi -8deg
14psi - 10deg
16psi - 11deg
18psi - 12deg
20psi -14deg

Here is the fuel map,

ok i made the changes will test a bit later
Q1: my timing was below mentioned next to yours now does mine make any sense??
i always thought timing is sensitive to like 2deg at most never mind 10deg ?

RPM timing.....
500-10deg 5
1000-10deg 5
1500-12deg 10
2000-16deg 15
2500-20deg 15
3000-25deg 15
3500-25deg 15
Run all rpm sites at 25deg through to 9000rpm
the rest 15-20 upto 8k i dont have a 9k

Q2: my map timing was on 0deg for all
any ideas as to why ??

should i be worried

Hope you reply soon because i am itching to go for a drive but i am also S#*!T scared of the engine going POP

I now have BAD jerking hesitation with sounds like splattering at 5k?
O NO still just 5k but no power goes to jerking and splattering dont sound like detination
dropped the rpm timing to 21deg from 25 deg
could this be the problem will test when the traffic calms down

Anything else i should look at ?

TIA

Rotor beetle,

You said in a previous post that you have had the ecu in a mates car and it worked fine?? if so please please check your fuel system, get the injectors cleaned and flow tested, check fuel pressure etc,
maybe borrow your mates ecu to try in your car??

She was drowning in fuel and the timing retard was to much
So we leaned the fuel out and added some timing to certain rpms and well all i can say is O YEA

Went and did a 1/4 mile and ran a 14.2 and then a 13.9
NOT BAD I think
there is still slight hesitation in 3rd at 7k but that’s fine for now
next date with the dyno should sort it out

Thanks for all your input much appreciated
