When is the best time to call these guys?? Everytime I try to call Tim at tech support, I get his answering machine. I've been trying the last 2 days. I doubt they will call someone in another country so I don't bother leaving a message.

 

I'm in Oz. Look up the time difference where you live then give them a call during the hours of 9am-5pm. I'd be guessing that would be roughly 2am hawaii time

 

Finally got ahold of Tim. Nice person and helpful. I will have to give them a visit when I go on vacation there this year.
