Hmm... well, that would satisfy the "cost effective" requirement, but it would also be far from the most efficient.... I've spotted a deal on a vented hood, so I might just mock it up that way and worry about efficiency later, plus it would allow me to keep the total cost under $100 woot!

Nice kit, especially for the price. I'm working w/ an EVO 8 IC and volvo IC piping, in it for 95 so far... tryin to find a substitute for the Greddy elbow (as that would almost double the cost) but no luck thus far...

Yea, I'm prolly gonna go semi-gloss on the rest of my S5 conversion + sport wing. There's nothing worse than trying to match a color/finish and failing, its best to make it obvious you weren't trying to do so in the first place. What kind of FMIC are you looking at?
