Hey it finally worked, i got in off google. Just to let you know, i am looking for an S4 5th and 6th port actuator for an '88 vert. thanks, If you do fix logicons or know of some one who does i would like a good spare. the '88 vert that i just bought is in the shop and i do not know if the logicon works yet, it seems to be the worst part on the S4.

Pele, don perisho here, 2mny7s. you sent a password update to moby1325@yahoo.com for me. Thanks for trying, i still cannot get in. When i try to update the password there is a password in the top blank, i do not know if that is the new one you gave me or a previous password, this evening i ignored it and put in a new password (got a red line under it) and put in the duplicate under that and i could not get in. Then i retried and wiped out the dots for the password at the top and put in the temp password and then my new password twice under that, again red line under the new password. Still no luck. I hate passwords, this site is so hard to get into and its just a car site, why does it have to even have a password, i could care less if someone could see my posts. So anyway please send me a new password , the last one used brackets and characters i don't even recognise. Besides that do you repair logicons? I got two that do not work.

Pale - when I messaged Rocky on 3/15 that the poll apparently was only allowing each person to select one date, not multiples as he intended, I also mentioned that the poll end date was listed as 5/4. Figured it was meant to say 4/4, before the first possible go date. If it is as is intended or if too late to change, understood. Bill

Hello, sorry to bother you 'out of the blue', but I saw someone mention that you were very knowledgeable regarding headlight switch issues. I'm hoping you can help me.
I have an '89 WITHOUT airbags. The headlight switch and signal/dimmer switch harness seems to be together. The part I need FC-01-66-167 is unavailable. It seems physically to be more like an S4 than other S5 harnesses.
Do you know if I can get a S4 harness (FB01-66-167), and simply repin the dimmer/signal clip since the headlight clip looks the same?
Do you also know if the headlight switch itself is identical for all modes '86-'91?
I'm quite new to this and the Factory Service Manual for '89 may not be correct. It lists my dimmer clip as having two 'SL' pins, no 'SC' pin and no 'HB' pin - whatever each of those are. Also, why would one of the 'E' pins have parenthesis around it?
Anyway, if you have time I would certainly appreciate your help.

    Thanks very much,
    Mike

Another member suggested I seek you out to find an 88 vert wiper/haz/top switch, so here I am, Have any? The one in the car had been hacked by the previous owner, who tore some pads off the CB. His attempt rendered the switch dead. I have it, but think it is junk. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, John Agnew
