My thinking about the Old School meet is that the cars are intended to be from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s, according to their web site, so most, if not all, of any music should be representative of the same time period. I am aware that many of the owners of these cars are guys in their 20s and 30s, and a DJ certainly has to consider his audience, but in this type of environment, where people are discussing their cars, there is no need and no excuse for music which is so loud as to make conversation difficult. I hope you agree with me on that.
I spent the last 32 years as a ballroom dancer, and was often involved in choosing the music, so I am pretty familiar with much of the older popular music. My main interest for my personal listening is jazz.
Don't know if we have met,and don't know your name. I am a neighbor of Lloyd's (slammedgsl)

LOL, nope! The interior of this car was TRASHED!, and gray, like all L6's were. I scrounged for parts and painted all the plastic with SEM leather/plastic dye

hey, i am getting ready to turbo my 12a streetport and was referred to speak to you about the pros and cons of using a dcoe carb. i know it has been done by many before and i was looking to try to find the correct set up of the carb to run it as a blowthrough. i know it can be tuned right to work as a blowthrough. any input you have about this subject would be greatly appreciated
