I ported to the bottom of the gasket on the outer edge of the plates and taper it down, that's what most people do, I have a large street port.

thanks for the reply. i will be porting the secondaries today. just so i am clear, you did port them down to the bottom of the gasket and had no problems?

btw what color and material did you get? was it already formed?
