Yessir it is an ARC shift knob. The best way that I came up with is to put on the shift boot upside down and inside out and place a rubber band over the tip, then flip it down normally. The rubber band will be inside and keep it up to the top. Let me know if it works out for you. BTW, I love what you've done with your car. Looks super mean.
