did you try the spark trigger as negative? i believe the BIP373 driver will self protect if wrong

impossible to share maps for a microtech without sending you a handset an i know nothing of your setup and i dont have the time
i dont particularly like that ecu for exactly that reason

if you cant lock the timing ( on either igniter? ) then you have a problem with your crank pickup wiring or the polarity .. nothing to do with coils
the microtech likes rising edge trigger

( this is nothing to do with spark edge trigger )

    //

the quadspark likes rising SPARK edge trigger
.. the microtech IGBT mode is also rising edge trigger
the only thing that may be going on there is there may need a resister on the microtech outputs to keep it from spiking to much as it is not as clean a signal as what the quadspark gets from other ecus
you would have to contact the makers with an email to see if they had this issue before
( but really dont think it is the case micro is having no problem with the s6 igniter )

I’m using 4 trailing coils no igniters just coils
    Spark trigger positive (IGBT)
    Ignition trigger positive
    Dwell at 3.50
It just won’t accelerate at all.. It ran ok with the s6 igniter I just couldn’t lock down the timing. I give it gas and nothing it just runs at 500rmp and dies when I let off the accelerator.
Do you have any maps that I could use as a reference?

Hello...so I hook up the quadspark to the lt10s and it runs but has no throttle response and idles very low and the ignition timing jumps from 10 to 0 and eventually dies and change the setting to
    Dwell time base
    Dwell set at 3.50
    Spark trigger to IGBT
    Firing to sequential
I stab the CAS like factory
Are the setting the same as if I was running an x4 box?

Hey I just got the quads park ignition module....should I use the same ignition settings as if was running the x4 ignition box..

ok.. so i got it started and i know i should be running sequential ignition i just wanted to hear my baby purr and i had the s6 igniter in my part inventory.. eventually im going with 4 channel..thanks for your help i appreciate your help and time..

i have one more question i got it started and runs ok just need to adjust idle map and load. its hard to start..im thinking its something with the timing i aligned the leading mark and i stab the CAS with the marks line up. when i hook it with the timing light and use the timing lock ON i cannot lock it at -5 degrees..i have to turn the CAS counter clockwise and max it out..so i used my timing light to check how far it was and it read 32 degrees..is it something to with the s6 ingniter and im using a CRANK ANGLE SENSOR from a 13bre cosmo..

hello my name is carlos im from Bakersfield ca..I have a question about my microtech ..I read one of your post on using a s6 ingniter on series 4 coils..i have a lt10s and I used the triggers from s6 but when I twind the leading wires together it wont fire the leading coils they only fire when I used one of the leading wires and it seems like it wants to start but it wont..any help would be nice..

Hi bumpstart, just wondering if you could help me??
I have an 808 with a s5 13bt microtech lt10s I was running the standard s5 coils but have decided to use LS1 coils, I have wired the coils to the diagram which I think is right (correct me if Im wrong, lol). I put the ecu in test mode and Im not getting spark from L2 coil (Grey/Black) and I cant find anywhere that says where to wire the tacho outout (Grey/Blue) to the coils. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
    Regards
    Joe
