Ideal car:
• 1993–1995 USDM FD (LHD)
• Sound unibody — frame rails, firewall, and floor pans are the priority
• Little to no rust — especially rockers, rear arches, and trunk area
• Factory interior present — even if worn, I’d rather restore it than source pieces separately
• Rotary can be dead, smoking, or just tired — I’m pulling it regardless
• Clean title strongly preferred

Not the right fit:
• Salvage, rebuilt, or flood title
• Rust that’s compromised structural areas
• Incomplete interiors or stripped shells
• Rough or unknown prior swap work
