This is the HVAC vent louver directly below the steering column, it pretty much aims air right into the crotch area.

I removed this some time ago thinking I would put an external boost controller there, changed my mind, and somehow seem to have lost it.  I did find the little angled ducting behind it, so don't need that, just the vent louvers.

It is Part number FB0164850 LOUVER, LAP-L0WER PANEL, no longer available.  I have a 1993, but anything in black would be good.  I do want the louvers to work, but it is pretty hidden so cosmetics aren't super important.  According to Mazda, it was used on early 90s Mazda 323s, 626s, 929s, and MPVs as well.  Might end up searching for one in a junk yard...
