 Condition

Mechanically great.  The tune is good.  The car was setup to be a street car that you can hop in and enjoy driving.  Not too low and not too harsh. 

Cosmetically the outside is a 10 footer.  There are dings and chips expected on nearly 75k mile chassis.  The worst spots are little dents that could be PDRd on top and missing paint chip on the passenger door.  I was collecting all of the seals and planning a repaint eventually.  There is no rust or otherwise rotting part of car.  It is a great driver.

The interior is in pretty good condition for the miles.  It feels like a clean place to be.  Parts aren’t missing or broken.  The pics are missing the kick panels but I have those too.  The worst part to me is leather finish wear on the drivers seat bolter.



 Ownership

I purchased this car in March 2022 for $48,000 from another owner in the PNW.  Some of the mods were already done but only had the startup map on the Adaptronic.  4k miles on the Pineapple Racing rebuild at the time.  Much time and money has been put into it and upgrades in place since then.  I only installed quality, authentic parts from brands like RE-Amemiya, FEED, Raceonly, Sakebomb, and JP3 Motorsports or OE and OEM parts from Mazda, Denso, and TI Automotive.  Title in hand.


 I do have many spare and stock parts for the right buyer and price.  Bumper, hood, nicer tan interior panels, tan rear speaker covers and speaker brackets, brand new AI one tan door demisters, Innovative TCA box and thermocouples, white face S8 gauges, etc if you want to keep the build going or revert some things to stock.  I had plans for this car that unexpectedly changed due to finding a stock super low mile R1 for a lot more money than this.  This is a nice street FD that an enthusiast will enjoy.  Turn the key and drive with no worries.  Please private message if you have real interest and funding.
