What is the difference between right and left? Mounting points? Signal sent to ABS computer?

Signal probably the same but don't know for sure.

I have a RHD car and need some interior plastics. Curious if some of these will work...

6th pic.in your listing - Are these the interior door panel surrounds? and the little plastic things that go inside the triangle area of the mirrors (on the interior?)

I need some more stuff... maybe a PM would be best.
