Description:

I need the black B Terminal Extension from the stock Mitsubishi alternator, preferably from an old dead alternator that is a part out, since I only need this piece. My alternator is working but the nut on the terminal rusted and when I went to remove it, despite penetrating oil, it just snapped off. Mazda used to sell the part only, but it is NLA. If I have to buy a complete alternator, I would, but shipping costs and the fact I don't need the whole thing makes me hesitant. I added a sample picture of what it looks like. Also, there is a black plastic cap or cover that goes over the nut portion that attaches to the alternator back cover, if you have that too.
Thanks
Mike

Mike,

I happen to have this part in my parts collection brand new. No idea how much these go for now. It includes everything you asked for plus the additional screw and nut.

How about $30 plus shipping?

This looks a little different than the one I have. Could you check the distance between the two holes? It should be 70 mm if it works for me. Is the flat metal washer area grooved internally to accept a multi-pointed or multi-ridged bolt shaft on the alternator stud? I can't tell for sure from your picture.
Thanks Mike
