My plans just never materialized. Engine has been sitting in my basement since 2001. It is not seized, and can be turned by hand, which I've been doing a few times a year for almost 20 years now. It was purchased from QJS Engines (ie. fc3s.org at the time) as a 30-50,000 km used engine, so in the interest of full disclosure, I don't know how many miles it really has.

It needs a new home. Local pickup/delivery only-- SE Wisconsin area.
