I have one in black, was repainted before I bought the car and seems to be in pretty good shape (it's been in storage for years now, I swapped it out for a CF panel). I'll try to grab a few pics later.

 

Panel is pretty clean. It's been repainted black at some point in it's life, probably a Maaco/DIY job, so the shine/finish isn't great but it is intact. Some chipping on the sides, which might be more from sitting in my garage corner than anything. The last shot came out terrible, but there's a tiny hard bubble in the paint toward the front center. I assumed rust, but it hasn't changed in 8+ years since it was removed from the car.
