I bought a pair of RZs from Bryan. I expected the seats to be in a bit better condition and I told Bryan I wasn't to pleased. He immediately refunded me some of the money and did everything in his power to make sure I was happy and that this was his #1 priority. I can't say enough. I didn't think he could do it but he found a resolution that I was more than happy with. Bryan really cares about his customers.
It took me forever to locate these seats and I'll be the first to admit that I can be an asshole customer...
I went within the forums and found response times and ETAs somewhat lacking.
I went outside the forums and found their PRICE and ETAs were lacking.
I found Bryan and he gave me great service, great price and a great ETA. I couldn't ask for anything more. I'll be buying more stuff from him soon. The fact that I get seats that were a bit banged up and Im this happy says alot.
