Sent you a response just now. Both rotors are in good condition. The cosmetic damage you are talking about WAS PICTURED in the sale. You got exactly what you purchased. Are you an experienced engine builder? If so, please check the clearances on the affected apex slot and reply to this message with your results. If not, please do not make accusations like this in the future.
