Bought a transmission crossmember, has been a month with no product or any word.

PM'ed very politely and professionally, and never received a response. I then decided to file a dispute through paypal as I mentioned to the seller I would if I were to not receive the crossmember/refund/response. You can see that I am a very reputable member of "my.is"; my screenname is the same and have 100% feedback. I will cancel the dispute if I receive the crossmember or a refund. I don't like to file negative transactions, but I have been holding off this project because of this crossmember.
