I needed some interior trim pieces to get my car ready for a show. We miss communicated about what exactly I needed and so one part was missing when the shipment came in.
He was out of town at that point and I was in a rush to get my car ready, so he had someone in his family send the part to me.
It's really great when someone goes the extra mile!!!
