A deal was agreed upon and the last message I got from him said, "I'll do that. I'll send the payments asap." A couple of days later I see his want to buy thread is still active in the classified's section, due to the fact that he's made a deal with someone else. No notice that he was backing out of our previously arranged deal. I messaged him asking what had happened, and he said I took too long responding to his PMs and that he needed the part soon, even though my last PM specifically said that I'd have it out in the mail that same day if he could get me the payment by paypal before the post office closed.
