slow shipping, talked to him bout the situation n he sed he'll give the sum money back but never did, its been 2 months now.

Rude buyer, wanted to keep product and recive refund. I explained I wouldnt return shipping cost or paypal fees and he got unreasonable. I shipped Item in a reasonable time it wasnt overnight but w/e he got it cheap.

Has jaila05 gotten his $30 - PP fees (not more than $5 max allowed on this) yet? The thread is CLEAR that you are refunding his money but not shipping or PayPal fees AND he gets to keep the fuel pump...you posted it, now walk it or risk losing the thread altogether.

as I stated before I sent it out in a reasonable time. if you would have wanted it shipped overnight or for me to run down to the post office that day you should have asked and I would have adjusted my price accordingly. I gave you a great deal on the fuel pump ($15 for a s4 turbo pump). I didnt appricate your threat in the last pm you sent me. What you asked for was unreasonable and I explained that to you. Good luck and leave me alone.

I just saw that you did that today. I dont like your tone with me. you will give me till this sat, are you threating me? I think Im being very nice giving you half back already, It took me alittle over 2 weeks to get you the fuel pump. ALOT of sellers wait until they know the funds have cleared and been deposited from paypal to their bank account before shipping. The reason I felt the need to even offer a partial refund is so that you would not give me bad feedback on the rx7 club, but you already started to bitch in my thread and the way you sound right now seems like your not going to be satisfied and leave me bad feedback anyway. the only difference is that you got the fuel pump for free (just paid shipping) or you get it for the agreed price.
i just lost a big money cuz i didnt have that part for 2 weeks, it dont take that long from NC to VA, if u woulda reply sooner to all my pm then i woulda known that u didnt ship it yet, or that u were waitin for sumtin else.... i told u that u can have ur Fuel Pump just need the money back, cuz i already bought a spare one cuz i needed the next week after i bought urs.. dnt get me wrong but that lil money jus ruin my 4k sale! but thanks anyweyz
