Paid for the item on the 29th of Aug, over a week passed, contact the seller via PM to see the status of the transaction, no communication from seller, waited a few more days, contacted the seller again, still no communication back, waited until the 3rd week since payment and contacted the seller again, still no communication back, I've decided to contact Paypal on the evening of the 16th and start a dispute...finally heard back from HIS FRIEND on the 17th that he borrowed the Paypal account from, on the 18th, I got refund from Paypal. Still haven't heard from the seller.

Never recieved email from buyer. Was not on rx7club the entire time.

You're the seller, it's your responsibility to make sure that the buyer gets his item, did you just remember the transaction?...and after all this time, this is the first response from you, not even an apology.
