Ramy always comes through. Sometimes orders take longer than most people would expect, but you get what you pay for. I had bought a hood off Ramy, and when I got it, the delivery guy scratched it right in front of my face. I spoke to Ramy and he was more than happy to help, even though it had nothing to do with him any longer. Despite the fact that Ramy is busy, he made time to help me out. Don't fret if you can't get a hold of him as quickly as you like, these things take time and he always seems to pull through.
