Simply, This guy tried to extort me. This is the exact message I'v sent him
and he made offer of acceptance on this.
this is the email I'v sent him.
"Car has more than 100K and has been sitting for last few years.
I wouldn't have any idea of any problems with it, but i expect it to
work quite good since it is a SIMPLE cassette and radio.
Unit has been kept inside the box, and looks to be mint.
Please let me know.

I showed him the two upclose PICTURE by his request, he INSPECTED it PRIOR to his ACCEPTANCE OFFER and told me he would take it.
There was single crack on bass knob which went unnoticed (unlike his claim of TWO cracks) along with side trim piece being missing, as I have taken the stereo out of the box took the picture and sent him two days later.
I'v told him small trim piece being missing I'd refund him full retail price of the trim piece(which was more than 25% of the price I'v sold him the stereo for) when he said he noticed a trim piece being missing while it was on the route, and I did refunded him a full retail to make things right. two weeks later he messages me and he found another one so wants a full refund and he would want me to pay for shipping.

I called ray at malloy yesterday and the cost was About $8 for one piece of the missing side trim of the radio. I went to take another look at the radio and notice that the treble and bass buttons are cracked. Thats no good. Well, after carefully looking at your original picture, you can see it if you look close. I wasnt expecting to find anything wrong with the radio since you didnt state it was cracked and wouldnt of purchase it if I saw it originally.
I dont know if you can order those buttons since they typical only come with the radio. At this point. I would like to just have a refund on the radio. I have found another one that is perfect and not missing anything for about the same price.
Please refund the paypal amount. Also, if you can cover the cost of shipping which is about $10 to ship it back I would appreciate it.

Now he wants me to pay for shipping and refund him for reason that is beyond any used parts buyer, he found a same stereo or he regrets his purchasing decision. I am not a RETAILER.
This guy is a bad buyer who just looks to extort sellers
with unresaonable claims.
I have never met such a claim that is out of line on used parts.
Even if I was a vendor it's not norm to refund on used parts that has no major defunct.
Two weeks later when I'v declined for right reason, he states that stereo is not working.
He jumped on someoneelse's WTB ad, when I replied on Theread to potential buyer when he picks up, iif it doesn't work i'll refund.
With all email messages back and forth with me and this guys supraz32tt, it is very much clear this guy is indeed unreasoanble buyer and extortionist.
When I reasoned him with words used in common Business law side, BECAUSE HE MADE THREATS ON ME with going to court and all.
Please go over this moderators,
He made threat to sue me and made claim through payapl which was dismissed by paypal themselves.
I have had enough headaches with this matter already. This guy is just plain bad unreasonable claiming. AND I TOLD HIM I PREFER PICK UPs, and he declined and wanted me to ship it.
