I recently purchased a 96-98 spec Whale Tail spoiler from Kevin. I was so excited to receive it and upon arrival from Fed Ex I found out that it was broken, mostly due to poor packaging materials used by UpGarage. I contacted Kevin immediately to inform him of the issue and I am still in shock at how professional and quickly he resolved the issue. Kevin went out of his way to insure that I was properly reimbursed for this transaction through UpGarage and also allowed me to keep my part as the damage is minimal and repairable. I would HIGHLY recommend using Kevin for any of your JDM part needs or additional parts requests as I myself plan to contact Kevin for all future JDM purchases. Thank you Kevin for such a smooth transaction in a misfortunate situation. I look forward to buying from you in the future.
